A statement from The Skyway

To all of our devoted friends, families and patrons of the Skyway.

We will not be able to open for business this weekend.

Restaurants and bars like ours require multiple permits and licenses to operate. While we have passed all inspections and meet or exceed all regulations, one of the permits has been held up in Columbus. Unfortunately this state-issued permit is essential to our operation.

The Skyway and our staff are eager to have this issue resolved so we can offer everyone the high quality eating, drinking and entertainment experience you have come to expect from us.

We ask you to regularly check here for information regarding our re-opening.

Come join us Saturday August 20th at The Skyway Put-in-Bay for the 8th Annual Rib Burn Off. The event will be from 11a-5p. Event includes Rib Burn Off competition, Silent Auction, Live Music and appearances by Cleveland Browns players past and present.


Proceeds benefit Lake Erie Islands charities.

Come Wednesday for The Skyway's *"Happy Minutes Party". The time you order your well drink or Margarita on the Rocks is the price you pay! Order your well drink at 1:12 and you pay $1.12. Order your Margarita on the Rocks at 1:46 and you pay $1.46. Happy Minutes Party runs from 1-4 pm on 11/17/10. Prices valid on well drinks and Jose Cuervo Margarita's on the rocks only. One drink per person per order.
