What a beautiful weekend to start April.
The Skyway re-opened after being closed a whole five days to do an Extreme Bar and Restaurant Make-over in the Dining Room and some spring cleaning. We are now in high gear for the season.
Nick James was busy on the patio with alot of new faces checking out the island. New friend and entertainer, Lenny Kromer stopped by and did an "audition on the patio" yesterday. Lenny played is heart out all afternoon, vieing for some gigs on the Skyway Stage this summer. Watch for Lenny playing soon!
Local Artist, Megan Vaccaro, spent the afternoon adding to her collection of artwork. She painted on canvas while patrons watched over her shoulder. Megan's work is on display in The Skyway and is also available for sale. She is doing some great martini art for us.
Chef Mike Catey, along with Laura Barnum and Andy were busier in the kitchen with a new menu. The aromas wafting from the kitchen made everyone hungry. The Ahi Tuna Sandwich was so good along with the fresh Key West Salad.
